Eclair Cake with Chocolate Ganache

A delicious, creamy filling on top of a light choux pastry gets glazed with a rich chocolate ganache. This dessert sounds fancy but it is so easy to make and it's a definite crowd-pleaser.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This is a no-bake pudding dessert that's so quick and easy to make--everyone loves it. It's best if it sits overnight before serving.

Homemade Graham Crackers

These crackers have a wonderfully deep flavor, thanks to the graham flour, dark brown sugar and honey. They are slightly more buttery than the boxed version, which is a very, very good thing. You can snack on these crackers, eat them for breakfast, spread peanut butter, Nutella or Biscoff on them…

Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies

Simple pleasures in life are the most satisfying, and a warm chocolate chip cookie (preferably with a glass of ice-cold milk) has to be one of life’s greatest simple pleasures.

Party Food! Pizza in a Bite

Pizza bites are awesome party food. This recipe makes three trays which means you can pop them in the freezer and always have a quick appetizer on hand.

Black Magic Cake

This cake is super easy, essentially you dump it all into the mixer and plop it into your pan(s) of choice. The result is the most decadent, moist, delicious cake that will ever cross your lips! It is full of luscious, rich chocolate flavor that blends harmoniously with a smooth semi-sweet chocolate ganache.

Idaho Sunrise (Baked Eggs & Bacon in Potato Bowls)

One creative idea for baking eggs. Definitely a fun twist on the typical eggs, bacon and hash browns. Plus, a great way to use up leftover baked potatoes!

Gooey Potatoes

Creamy, gooey, cheesy potatoes that are the ultimate comfort food and a great side dish.

Homemade Ferrero Rocher

Chocolate doesn’t have to come in a package, and you don’t need fancy candy-making techniques to do your own. The filing is easy – it’s the same as making your own Nutella, only it winds up in a thicker mixture you can roll into balls. These don’t have the wafer crunch of real Ferrero Rocher, but all the chocolatey, hazelnutty flavor everyone seems to love so much.

Homemade Nutella Spread

A homemade Nutella spread, full of roasted hazelnuts and a rich chocolate flavor. The best homemade Nutella spread!

Madeleine

Madeleine's are small sponge cakes with a distinct shell-like shape from being baked in pans with shell-shaped depressions. These delicious little cakes originated in France and I could only imagine how delicious one would taste from a little french bakery in France. But since that isn't possible at the moment, why not make your own madeleine's! These are one of my favourite treats to eat along side a warm tea latte.

Naan

This recipe makes the best naan I have tasted outside of an Indian restaurant. I can't make enough of it for my family. I serve it with shish kabobs, but I think they would eat it plain.

Cake Truffles

Cake Truffles are like Chocolate Truffles, only made differently. They are cake crumbs rolled up into a ball, frozen and then dipped in melted chocolate, and chilled. These bite-sized desserts are elegant and perfect for any occasion. You can use any flavor cake, mix two flavors or jazz it up any way you want.

Baked Doughnuts Recipe

Mention the concept of a baked doughnut to any self-professed doughnut connoisseur, chances are you'll take some heat. The idea that a baked doughnut can match up to its deep-fried brethren is laughable in some circles. I'll concede they aren't the same, but baked doughnuts can be just as delicious - delicious yet different. They get bonus points for being healthier and for not making the house smell like a greasy fry station.
